We wonder which kids don't like meatballs. These meatballs are a hit at children's meals. Meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, cheeses ... they are delicious anyway. For all children, even those with an eating disorder such as celiac children, proposes a very aromatic and healthy recipe, and without gluten.

Shall we get to work? The amount of ingredients in this recipe allows us to make 20 to 30 meatballs. Also, if your children like cooking, invite them to participate and collaborate in the preparation of this recipe.

  • 500 gr. minced beef
  • 100 gr. gluten-free bread
  • 2 tablespoons (soup) of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Cornstarch to coat the meatballs
  • Parsley and sprigs of rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • A little bit of grated nutmeg

1- In a bowl, mix the meat with the egg, the salt, the chopped nutmeg, parsley and rosemary with your hands, and finally the gluten-free bread soaked previously in the milk.

2- With the help of a soup spoon, shape the meatballs.

3- Pass the meatballs, one by one, through the cornstarch.

4- Fry the meatballs in plenty of hot oil until a golden color is achieved.

5- The meatballs are ready to eat. To accompany them, we advise you to make a salad or a cheese or tomato sauce. Take advantage!
